JAMES KENNEDY TAKES SHOTS AT CONSPIRACY THEORISTS IN NEW SONG ‘OUTRAGERS’ OUT NOW!
Hot on the heels of his last 2 singles, James Kennedy has just released his new powerful single ‘OUTRAGERS’ from the upcoming album Make Anger Great Again due for release on September 25.
In the song, Kennedy, multi-instrumentalist and former singer of the now disbanded alt rock band ‘Kyshera’ takes shots at social media and how it is changing the nature of truth, offense and censorship. “Now more than ever, we’re all drowning in the constant noise of social media. We’re living in the age of post-truth where whoever shouts the loudest is right. ‘Outragers’ goes after all of them all of them – the conspiracy theorists, virtue signallers, trolls, the offended, the censors, the radicals and everyone who is just way too sure of their own noise.”
Outragers is the final single release for James’s upcoming album ‘Make Anger Great Again’ which is released next Friday (Sept 25th) – an album that was recorded just before lockdown but has carried even more relevance in the world that has emerged since.“I’m super excited to finally see the album released. I’m proud of its creation as it’s been a tough walk to get here so turn it up and Make Anger Great Again.”
Following Make Anger Great Again, Kennedy will publish his debut book Noise Damage: My Life As A Rock ‘n’ Roll Underdog published by Eye Books on 18 October 2020. Metal Talk says of the book “it should be read by every aspiring musician or band leader”.
